In UX and Content Design leadership roles at Google spanning Play, Maps, Payments, and Privacy, Security & Identity, I built and led multiple teams designing trusted and well-crafted products and experiences for billions of global users. I also drove and contributed to several initiatives with Google-wide impact, including co-founding content design at the company.

I’m passionate about people management, and love helping individuals shine and setting teams up to thrive. My leadership style is empathetic, inclusive, and empowering with a focus on unlocking potential, growing next-generation leaders, and nurturing team culture.

Team leadership at Google

Built and led a new, centralized content design team for Google Play, a critical product for Google with over $40B annual revenue and 3B users and developers

Brought content design to Corporate Engineering (a portfolio of 300+ internal products) for the first time, then built out a 35-person global team of UX writers and technical writers shaping products used by all of Google’s employees

Built and led the product design team for a new, cross-Google primitives program to unite the Google ecosystem and drive user trust, landing new account components at I/O

Brought content design to EMEA for Privacy, Security & Identity for the first time, growing and managing a global team that successfully landed critical GDPR initiatives

Led the content design team responsible for all of Google’s payments products and platforms, overseeing all content to launch Google Pay and Google Wallet at I/O

Led the content design team responsible for launching and scaling restaurant, hotel, and shopping content on Google Maps, including introducing Editorial Summaries for Maps at I/O

Google-wide leadership

Steering member for the Google-wide working group that defined principles for responsible content creation using GenAI

Led the content strategy program and steered the cross-functional team that rapidly pivoted Google’s entire global workforce to remote work when COVID-19 began

Defined and executed the content strategy to launch and scale the Product Excellence program

Co-founded and grew UX Writing & Content Design as a discipline at Google, serving on UX Steering Councils, Hiring Committees, and Promotion Committees
